Optical Express is seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, governance support, education and quality improvement across clinics specialising in Laser Vision correction, IOL, and Cataract surgery. This role involves extensive travel across the South East region and driving excellence in patient care.

You will lead clinical teams, implement training programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while improving patient outcomes and experiences across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Healthcare Professional with license.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in ophthalmology, surgery, aesthetics or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South East region.
