Job summary

Optical Express Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to drive clinical governance, education and quality across Laser Vision, IOL and Cataract services in the South East.

You will lead clinic teams, deliver training, oversee patient safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with surgeons and managers; extensive regional travel is required.

We are seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, governance support, education, and quality improvement across a portfolio of clinics specialising in Laser Vision correction surgery, IOL surgery and Cataract surgery.

About You

• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare governance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in ophthalmology, surgery, aesthetics or a related clinical field would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South East region.
