Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Principal Clinical Pharmacist Mental Health - Division Leads in Radlett. This Band 8a, full-time, on-site role leads medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacy services within the Adult Acute and Urgent Care Division.

You will influence prescribing, support education and governance, and line-manage Band 6/7 staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical leadership experience in pharmacy settings.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clinical governance.
• Experience in mental health or learning disabilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist clinical pharmacy expertise across mental health divisions.
• Lead and develop pharmacy services within the division and manage staff.
• Influence prescribing practice and contribute to medicines optimisation strategy.
