Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is advertising a maternity cover post to lead the delivery and development of medicines optimisation within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

The role provides leadership and development of the clinical pharmacy service across the Trust, reviewing guidelines, policies and processes. Flexible / part-time working is welcomed to meet applicant needs and service requirements.

Qualifications

• Lead medicines optimisation within CAMHS.
• Provide leadership and development of clinical pharmacy service.
• Review Trust guidelines, policies and processes.
• Open to flexible / part-time working as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead on all aspects of medicines optimisation within CAMHS.
• Develop medicines optimisation agenda across the Trust.
• Support and develop the clinical pharmacy service and delivery.
• Act at the level of Pharmacist Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
