Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver care to patients/clients, in partnership with other health care professionals, and with patients, families and carers.
• Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan and carry out duties under the direction of a registered nurse during shifts.
