Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to manage a field-based team across your district in Lincoln. You will supervise 40 part-time merchandisers, scheduling, onboarding and coaching to meet client standards, and stay hands-on in-store delivering activity per briefs and planograms.

You will ensure displays, products and POS materials are presented to a high standard, with strong planning, communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or merchandising experience.
• Confident using mobile and desktop systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach remote field-based colleagues.
• Clear and confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers across your district.
• Schedule and monitor day-to-day activity to meet client standards.
• Recruit, onboard and coach team members.
• Hands-on merchandising in-store aligning with briefs and planograms.
• Check displays, products, and POS materials are set up to a high standard.
