Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader in the Lincoln area to supervise a district-based team of merchandisers and ensure client standards are met in-store. You will schedule activities, coach part-time staff, and stay hands-on with merchandising tasks across Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Mablethorpe and Lincoln.

You'll work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with pay at £13.50 per hour for supervisory work and £12.71 per hour for merchandising tasks, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and vehicle access.
• Retail or merchandising experience is essential.
• Comfort with mobile/desktop scheduling and reporting tools.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management.
• Ability to motivate and coach field-based colleagues.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders.

We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader in the Lincoln area.

About the role:

You'll play a key role by supervising a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers by scheduling and monitoring day-to-day activity across your district, recruiting, onboarding and coaching your team to ensure work is delivered on time and to client standards.

Alongside supervision, you'll remain hands-on in store, delivering merchandising activity in line with briefs and planograms and checking that products, displays, and POS materials are set up correctly and presented to a high standard.

Hours:
