eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to supervise a field-based team across your district, ensuring in-store standards, planograms and briefs are followed.

Based in Farnworth, Bolton, you will manage schedules, onboarding and coaching for 40 part-time merchandisers while remaining hands-on in stores. The role offers a dynamic field-based environment with opportunities to develop your team and deliver compelling shopper experiences across multiple retailers in the BL and WA

Qualifications

• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience.
• Confident using mobile and desktop scheduling/reporting tools.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach remote field-based colleagues.
• Clear and confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.

We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader in the Farnworth area.

At eXPD8, you'll work with brands stocked in every major UK retailer, ensuring they're presented exactly as intended. As a Merchandising Team Leader, you'll bring those standards to life on the ground in your District.

About the role:

You'll play a key role by supervising a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers by scheduling and monitoring day‑to‑day activity across your district, recruiting, onboarding and coaching your team to ensure work is delivered on time and to client standards.

Alongside supervision, you'll remain hands‑on in store, delivering merchandising activity in line with briefs and planograms and checking that products, displays, and POS materials are set up correctly and presented to a high standard.

Ideal Recruitment Area: Farnworth, Bolton.

Areas Covered:

Based in Farnworth, covering all BL postcode areas (including Bolton, Bury, Farnworth, Horwich and Westhoughton) and WA postcode areas (including Warrington, Widnes and surrounding locations).

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (18 hours team supervision, 12+ hours client merchandising)

Rate: £13.50 per hour for team supervisory tasks and £12.71 per hour for merchandising tasks
