Responsibilities

• Lead and staff multiple Wendy's restaurants in the Greater London area, building diverse, strong teams and talent plans.
• Provide feedback, celebrate successes, and support performance development.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent; promote a culture of recognition and inclusion.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and a smooth onboarding journey, with DE&I initiatives.
• Maintain a high-quality Training Restaurant to develop future leaders.
• Create a food safety culture; ensure compliance with policies and health/sanitation regulations.
• Plan store visits with management to drive quality improvements and product standards.
• Conduct monthly business reviews to improve performance and set goals.
• Leverage labor/food cost tools to improve profitability.
• Maintain a profit mindset and manage store budgets to hit targets.
• Monitor food and labor costs using P&L and take corrective actions.
• Protect Wendy’s brand and assets through policy compliance and store inspections.
• Coach and retrain managers to improve performance.
• Lead with impact by taking on special projects and developing General Managers.
• Develops General Managers to maximize contributions and promotability.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Create a food safety culture. Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions, as appropriate. Complies with all FSA (Food Safety Audit) program requirements.
• Create a culture obsessed with Serving High-Quality Food.
• Plans and conducts effective store visits leveraging the restaurant visit agenda with all levels of store management to ensure the continual improvement of Quality on all day parts, including the monitoring of food product quality opportunities from customer surveys

Boost Profitability

• Conduct Business Reviews monthly to improve performance / set goals.
• Leverage Labor/Food Cost Toolkit to aggressively troubleshoot and improve outlier performance.
• Have a Profit Mindset to control spending in controllable cost accounts versus AOP. Maximizes profit goals versus AOP and prior year, including the ongoing review of assigned store budgets.
• Monitors food and labor costs and utilizes profit/loss statements to track results and implement corrective action as necessary for enhanced results.

Champion Safety & Compliance

• Ensures protection of Wendy’s brand and assets through District compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Evaluates store performance at specified intervals using Company inspection form; coaches and retrains managers as required.

Lead with Impact

• Take on special projects and other duties that keep our business moving forward.
• Develops General Managers to maximize their contributions and future promotability within the Brand.
