Lyreco are the market leader in Workplace Solutions and specialise in providing workplace solutions to businesses globally, across a variety of sectors. We have a rare opportunity to join our team as a Distribution Team Leader at our Regional Distribution Centre in Doncaster.

Reporting to the Regional Distribution Centre Manager, the Team Leader position is responsible for assisting in the daily operational management of drivers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the RDC Manager in managing a team of delivery drivers.
• Occasionally travel to other depots, including Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
• Load and unload trucks to deliver orders while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Assist with unloading pallets and sorting goods into route order.
• Assist with random vehicle checks to ensure correct items loaded.
• Undertake weekly vehicle checks and report any faults or incidents.
• Be involved in recruiting new staff members.
