Job summary

Lyreco Bristol is seeking a Team Leader to support the RDC Manager by supervising delivery-driver teams, providing cover for holidays and sickness, and training when needed. The role includes occasional travel to other depots such as Edinburgh and Aberdeen, plus loading/unloading duties and ensuring high customer service levels.

Ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of vehicle regulations, strong supervisory and planning abilities, and the drive to recruit and develop staff while

Responsibilities

• Support the RDC Manager to lead a team of Delivery Drivers and provide holiday/sickness relief.
• Occasionally travel to other depots, including Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
• Assist loading/unloading to deliver orders and maintain customer service.
• Help with pallet breakdown and route sortation as needed.
• Conduct weekly vehicle checks and report faults promptly.
• Support recruitment of new staff.
