Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for our Bardon-based Operations Team. The role involves coordinating driver resources across multiple sites, ensuring safety, cost control and regulatory compliance, and supporting HR processes.

The supervisor reports to the Facility Manager and collaborates with EH&S, scheduling, and driver trainers. The ideal candidate has distribution experience, leadership, and knowledge of transport legislation, with strong organisational and interpersonal

Qualifications

• Previous distribution experience with working knowledge of transport legislation.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Experience building relationships with Industrial Relations representatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and providing driver resources across sites to meet customer and operational needs.
• Supervise daily driver activities and ensure holidays and sickness cover.
• Lead HR-related activities: recruitment, training, appraisals, grievances and disciplinary matters.
