Job Description:

Hain Celestial is recruiting for a Distribution Supervisor and a Distribution Deputy Supervisor at our Clitheroe site. The roles involve managing daily distribution duties, reporting to the Senior Distribution Supervisor, and following directives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all load sheets and stock sheets are correctly filled
• Ensure all paperwork is printed correctly
• Complete distribution administrative tasks timely
• Control staff rota (hours, holidays, sick leave)
• Attend daily management meetings and update on department
• Coordinate with production to ensure stock readiness
• Liaise with delivery drivers for loading/unloading
• Load/unload vehicles and check stock
• Manage team effectively
• Support senior supervisor with effluent plant management
• Deal with contractors
