Description

The Distribution Manager plays a key role in managing and expanding relationships with Value Added Distribution partners across the UK and EU. This role is responsible for driving monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth across multiple product lines through a channel-led sales strategy. The Distribution Manager ensures that distributors are fully enabled, supported, and aligned with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across distributor accounts in the UK and Europe
  • Maintain a regular onsite presence (approximately 20% of time) with UK-based distributors
  • Drive product-led sales growth to expand MRR across a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies
  • Monitor distributor performance, forecast growth, and identify new business opportunities within distribution channels
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on distributor activities, sales pipelines, and market trends
  • Support onboarding and enablement programs for distribution partners, including MSPs and VARs
  • Attend and contribute to quarterly business reviews, trade shows, partner days, and other sales-focused events
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales within distribution or vendor environments (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple regional priorities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, BI reporting tools, and virtual collaboration platforms

  • Conversational proficiency in an EU language, particularly German or Dutch
