Are you experienced in Maintenance Surveying, with a detailed knowledge of the legal disrepair process? If yes, then this may be the perfect role for you! We have a great opportunity within our dedicated Contract Services Team for a Disrepair Surveyor.

You’ll deliver a resident-focused Disrepair Surveyor Service, working collaboratively with internal and external Legal Counsel, contractors, and departments. Your role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring performance, meeting KPIs, and resolving complex disrepair cases promptly.

Location and working arrangements

Main base: Farringdon office, with regular travel across London. Hybrid work options available as appropriate and agreed with your manager.

Qualifications and experience

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of the legal disrepair process
• Experience in property maintenance, housing construction, disrepair, and maintenance service delivery
• Ability to diagnose site problems, propose solutions, manage contracts, and oversee site works
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice
• Attention to detail in specifications, work checks, and materials
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
