Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to join a flexible, part-time arrangement. The role covers residential properties across Devon, Dorset, Isle of Wight and surrounding South West locations, with 1-2 days per week.

You will carry out disrepair inspections, assess defects, produce clear survey reports and liaise with housing providers as required, supporting the team on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience undertaking disrepair surveys.
• Strong knowledge of residential building pathology.
• Ability to produce detailed written reports.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

TSA Surveying is working with a consultancy that is looking to engage experienced Disrepair Surveyors on a part-time basis to support additional disrepair work.

This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for surveyors looking to supplement their current workload with 1-2 days per week.
