Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking a Disrepair Surveyor on a hybrid contract for at least 6 months. You will inspect properties for disrepair claims and produce evidence-based digital reports to support claims and remediation planning.

The role requires knowledge of housing legislation, strong report-writing and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with contractors to advise on remedial actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in property surveying or disrepair claims.
• Knowledge of Section 11 and Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with a damp metre for on-site assessments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Location: West Midlands

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
