We are looking for an experienced Disrepair & Litigation Supervisor to join our team based in Minworth, Birmingham, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs, disrepair works, and property reinstatement programmes across our social housing contracts.
This is a key operational role where you will take ownership of disrepair and litigation cases from initial notification through to successful resolution. Working closely with internal teams, legal representatives, clients, residents, our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), and specialist contractors, you will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards.
The role will involve managing works within occupied homes as well as properties undergoing transition and recovery, requiring a proactive and organised approach to programme delivery, stakeholder management, and customer service.
