We have been instructed by an elite US firm seeking to recruit a Mid-level Associate into their Litigation & Arbitration team.

This is a rare opportunity for an expansion hire, following successful recruitment of juniors over the past year.

The Litigation & Arbitration practice is ranked (Chambers and L500) for high-end Commercial and Corporate Disputes. It is co-headed by a partner specializing in shareholder litigation and a market-leading arbitrator. The team handles high-profile litigation for clients in private equity, asset management, and tech, and also offers exposure to:

• shareholder disputes, contractual claims, and unfair prejudice;
• HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, UNCITRAL, and SIAC arbitration;

The firm has a strong advocacy presence, with team members qualified as barristers or holding Higher Rights of Audience, enabling them to litigate high-profile cases. The team also emphasizes pro bono and corporate responsibility work, with dedicated members leading initiatives to provide legal services to charities and NGOs.

Requirements:

• UK-trained and qualified or Common Law qualified with at least one year of experience in London;
• Experience at top-ranked dispute resolution practices;
• Between 5 and 6 years of post-qualification experience.
