Job description

We are proud to support a growing new company in its search for a civil disputes paralegal to join the team in Lincoln. The opportunity is perfect for someone with at least 12 months' worth of disputes paralegal experience, and who wishes to grow this further. There are opportunities to qualify on offer for the right person, and you'll work for a company which values its people highly.

You'll work for a company which handles contentious landlord and tenant claims for a national client base. The role will involve handling a large caseload of matters, from assessing the merits and legitimacy of the claims, to handling the disputes process, and deciding on the litigation strategy with the support of a qualified solicitor.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Over 12 months experience as a paralegal in civil disputes - this can be either in a landlord and tenant capacity, debt recovery, property disputes, etc.
2. Experience of the CPR and dealing with the litigious process.
3. Some experience of handling a large caseload of matters.
