• Newly or recently qualified Disputes Lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate insolvency, including claims against company directors.
• Engage in business mediation and arbitration.
• Manage commercial property disputes.
• Oversee debt recovery.
• Deal with intellectual property disputes.
• Address partnership and LLP disputes.
• Conduct search orders and supervision, including injunctions.
• Handle shareholder disputes, including 'unfair prejudice' petitions.
• Perform professional negligence work against other professionals.
