Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP is seeking a Knowledge Paralegal to support the Knowledge Lawyers within the Dispute Resolution teams. You will help deliver the knowledge strategy, respond to enquiries, and assist with day-to-day tasks across knowledge matters.

The role offers exposure to lawyers, central business teams, and opportunities to develop skills in problem solving, service delivery, and project management within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• This role suits someone bright, energetic with attention to detail and an interest in law and business.
• Desirable: experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support Knowledge Lawyers in DRD with day-to-day tasks.
• Respond to enquiries and assist with knowledge matters across departments.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on legal and market developments.
• Help maintain precedents and support documentation for automation.
• Assist with training programs and e-disclosure projects.
• Maintain and curate internal resources and external know-how.
