Role

Based in Edinburgh, the team advises clients across Scotland, with a strong focus on public sector litigation. You will join a busy and highly regarded litigation team, working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Solicitors, contributing to complex legal matters involving statutory interpretation, legislative frameworks, and the duties and powers of public bodies. The work includes representing clients in judicial reviews, appeals, and public inquiries, often involving issues of national importance.
