Are you a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced litigator with a passion for dispute resolution? If so, we’re working with a leading, modern law firm based in the heart of Glasgow currently seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ and above) to join their expanding team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial and civil disputes
• Representing clients in Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session
• Handling hearings, tribunals, arbitration and mediation
• Drafting pleadings, preparing cases for proof, instructing experts and counsel
• Engaging in business development initiatives
• Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitors from NQ level upwards with an interest or background in dispute resolution
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• A client-focused, proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail
• A strong team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative culture
• Confident in managing files independently or with appropriate supervision depending on experience
