MD Law (Yorkshire) LLP in Sheffield is seeking a Dispute Resolution/Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join our commercial litigation team. You will manage a varied caseload and advise a diverse client base on contracts, disputes, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in dispute resolution/commercial litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical approach to resolving disputes.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of contentious matters.
• Advising clients on disputes including contracts, shareholder and partnership issues, debt recovery, and professional negligence.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlements.
• Representing clients through litigation, mediation and other dispute resolution methods.
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and courts to progress matters.
• Working efficiently to meet court deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development.
