Job summary

eNL Legal in Worcester is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a varied caseload and advise both commercial and private clients, with opportunities in ADR and advocacy.

The successful candidate will possess solid post-qualified civil litigation experience, strong client care and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Dispute Resolution Practising Rights.
Solid post-qualified experience within civil litigation.
Experience managing a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution.
Strong client care skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of ADR.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a wider team.
A keen interest in business development and developing client relationships.
Experience of commercial litigation and advocacy in the Civil Courts would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution.
Provide high-quality advice to clients across commercial and private sectors.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
