• Experience handling litigation matters throughout the dispute resolution process.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of clients' wider objectives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience using case management systems and legal research platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including landlord and tenant, contractual and employment matters.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused advice on contentious matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, witness statements and other documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, settlements and court hearings where appropriate.
• Conduct legal research and advise on complex and developing areas of law.
• Identify practical solutions and use ADR methods where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver quality client care.
• Support business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure regulatory compliance.
