• Handle a variety of litigation cases including contested wills and boundary disputes.
• Support clients in professional negligence claims and landlord-tenant disputes.

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP45000 per annum

Our client is a leading, boutique law firm that is looking for a new Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their Manchester team.

Within this role, you will be joining a small team undertaking general Dispute Resolution matters including:

• Commercial and Property Litigation
• Contested wills and probates
• Boundary disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Harassment and defamation
• Professional negligence claims
