Job summary

Marmion is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on construction dispute resolution to join a leading consultancy in Leeds. You will work on high-value disputes, providing commercial and contractual advice from inception through resolution.

The role offers hybrid working in Leeds, a competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, and a structured progression path with CPD and professional memberships supported.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Law or similar.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction Law is advantageous.
• Experience in construction disputes, claims or commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial and contractual matters across the project lifecycle.
• Analyse tender, contract and claims docs to identify commercial risks.
• Prepare claims and adjudication documentation.
• Draft reports outlining processes, conclusions and recommendations.
• Support dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-quality consultancy.
