The Role

• Handling a varied caseload of complex and high-value commercial disputes
• Working as part of client teams on contractual claims and professional negligence matters

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, commercial advice

The Candidate

• 5+ years PQE as a qualified Solicitor with substantial Dispute Resolution experience
• A strong track record working on complex and high-value contentious matters
• Experience across commercial disputes, contractual claims and/or professional negligence
• Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice
• Proven experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Strong client management, networking and business development capabilities
• Proactive, tenacious and confident working effectively under pressure
