Overview

Dispute Resolution Lawyer - 1 years+ PQE


Salary: £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus


Contract: Permanent, Full Time


Location: Kendal (with occasional travel to other offices)



What You'll Be Doing


  • Managing a diverse mix of cases for both individuals and businesses.

  • Advising on a range of disputes, including property, probate, commercial, landlord & tenant, and employment.

  • Handling new client enquiries and building trusted, long-term relationships.

  • Ensuring smooth file management in line with compliance standards.

  • Playing your part in the department's growth by helping to attract new clients.



What We're Looking For


  • Experience across dispute resolution matters (property, contentious probate, landlord & tenant, commercial, employment).

  • Some exposure to non-contentious work is a bonus (e.g. contracts, terms of business).

  • A friendly, approachable lawyer who thrives on collaboration and client care.

  • Someone open to expanding their expertise into new areas of dispute resolution.

  • Flexibility to travel to other offices occasionally.
