Location: Leicester | Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Flexible Working Available)

A leading and well-established Midlands law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate Director - Dispute Resolution to join its growing team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Solicitor (5+ PQE) to step into a senior position with genuine long-term career prospects within a progressive and expanding firm.

Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of commercial disputes. As part of its continued growth strategy, the firm is looking to appoint a commercially minded senior lawyer who can contribute to the development of the practice and help drive the business forward.

The Role

This is a senior position offering a varied and stimulating caseload within a highly regarded dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will handle a broad spectrum of complex and high-value matters, including:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Property litigation
• Intellectual property disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Building and construction disputes
• Other complex commercial litigation matters

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's growth through business development, networking, and leadership within the team.
