The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE in dispute resolution, a proven leadership record, and the ability to attract and convert new work while supporting junior lawyers in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Dispute Resolution.
• Strong technical background from a reputable firm.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop business.
• Experience managing varied litigation caseload.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad spectrum of complex and high-value disputes.
• Manage own caseload across commercial, property, IP, shareholder and construction matters.
• Support growth through business development and networking.
• Provide leadership within the dispute resolution team.
