Job Description

The Dispute Resolution Associate will be:

  • Managing their own caseload of commercial disputes efficiently and effectively
  • Building strong client relationships by providing clear, strategic advice on risk and outcomes
  • Advising on fees for new and existing client matters
  • Enhancing personal and team visibility by contributing to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and events
  • Taking ownership of delegated project work and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Supporting junior team members with guidance on legal, commercial, and procedural matters
  • Maintaining open and effective communication across all levels of the team

The Successful Applicant

The Dispute Resolution Associate should be:
