ASDA Opticians is seeking an Optical Manager to oversee operations and manage a team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants. The role involves ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and effective team coaching. Ideal candidates will be fully qualified Dispensing Opticians with strong leadership and customer care skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Optical Managers oversee and manage the entire operation, including managing teams of Optometrists and Optical Assistants, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales forecasts, and handling customer queries. You will be responsible for clinic management and ensuring the shop floor is well-equipped to meet customer needs. Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team, so confidence in coaching is essential. The role is fast-paced and diverse, requiring strong organization and time management skills.
