Role Overview

• Community-based independent practice with a village feel
• Mixed patient base with a range of frames and lenses, including Rodenstock
• Focus on quality and customer service
• Leading a team of 2-3 staff members
• Stock management and complex dispensing
• Problem solving and input into business decisions
• Full-time role including Saturdays (1 in 4 off), hours from 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on Saturday)
• Basic salary between £35,000 to £39,000 depending on experience
• Bonus scheme of 8%
