Zest Optical is currently supporting an outstanding independent practice in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, to recruit a Dispensing Optician Manager into their team.

The practice is a stand-alone independent with a supportive Optometrist Director on site every day.

He is looking for someone to support him with both the day-to-day management and forward planning for the store, allowing him to focus his time on the variety of specialist clinics he offers.

Dispensing Optician Manager - Role

1. Lead on all day-to-day operations, acting as the point of contact for both the team and patients
2. Support the continued growth of the practice through effective forward planning
3. Responsible for admin duties and communication with reps
4. Hands-on throughout the patient journey, offering a best-in-class dispensing service
5. No late evenings or Sundays
6. Flexi working arrangements can be considered
