Are you passionate about creating a truly seamless experience for your customers? We are looking for an optometrist coordinator to join our retail team. If you don’t have previous optical experience, not to worry as we can provide you with all the training and support that you need. Your focus here is helping us to change the game by creating joy in vision for our customers throughout their journey with us.

The role of an optometrist coordinator offers more responsibility and involvement than your normal retail position. The beauty of this role is that no two days are ever the same. It is up to you to bring our brand to life from the first experience our customers have with us - from booking their appointments, to providing the best welcome and making sure they are looked after throughout their time in store.

You will also be involved in shaping our success. Working closely with your colleagues in store, you will be part of a busy environment where everyone is working towards the same goal and where our culture and values are at the heart of everything we do.

About you

Previous optical experience isn’t needed to join our retail team, however, previous experience in a customer-facing environment with a passion for creating a unique customer experience is beneficial.
