Job description

Job Title: Dispensing Optician/Manager

A premium independent Opticians based in Tadley, Hampshire, are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician/Manager to join their team.

Practice Highlights:

• Dynamic, high-end independent practice
• Emphasis on offering first-class service
• 2 testing rooms plus a contact lens and audiology clinic
• Range of high-end brands - Lindberg, Chloe, Calvin Klein
• State-of-the-art practice with advanced equipment including Visioffice
• Paperless practice using Optix PMS

Role Responsibilities:

• Dealing with complex patient queries
• Developing and coaching optical assistants
• Ensuring smooth operation and meeting targets
• Providing input into frame buying

Working Hours and Benefits:

• 40 hours per week over 5 days
• Opening hours: 9am to 6pm (7pm on Thursdays and 3pm on Saturdays)
• Location: Between Basingstoke and Reading
• Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 DOE
