Job summary

Superdrug Pharmacy in Wellington is recruiting a role that welcomes qualified dispensers or those starting out as a trainee assistant. The position is 16 hours per week over two days, including every other Saturday, at a busy high-street store.

No extensive experience is required; NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) or a keen interest in healthcare will help you start. You will support counter sales, stock, and dispensary duties while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) is preferred or welcomed.
• No pharmacy experience required; eagerness to start a career as a trainee.
• Friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Serve customers with care, efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain presentation and merchandising standards.

We’re Looking For:

• Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
• No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
