Job summary

UHDB in Derbyshire seeks a Dispensary Stock Control Supervisor at Queens Hospital to oversee medication stock levels in stores and ensure regulatory compliance for NHS services.

You will work with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals to maintain accurate stock records and deliver a reliable stores service for staff and patients in a fast-paced NHS environment. Level 2 GPhC qualification (or working towards) is required.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required.
• GPhC Level 2 Pharmacy Services qualification, or working towards it.
• Experience in NHS/pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong stock control knowledge and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock of medications in the stores at Queens Hospital, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide accurate, timely pharmacy stores service for staff and patients.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals.
