Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts, part of Alliance Automotive Group in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Dispatcher to ensure customer deliveries are picked and dispatched on time while drivers operate efficiently. The role focuses on accurate picking, route planning, and maintaining warehouse operations.

You will contribute to excellent customer service, work as part of a team, and uphold safety and stock accuracy. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities within a global brand network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are picked and deadlines met by preparing orders for dispatch.
• Assign and plan routes for drivers to use resources efficiently.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure processes are followed correctly.
• Check and stock supplier deliveries; inform line manager of shortages or damaged stock.
• Assist with stock-taking to ensure all stock is located correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for ensuring customer deliveries are picked and dispatched to required timelines to ensure excellent customer service. Ensuring all our drivers are running in an efficient manner and departing with the correct goods within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer orders are picked and deadlines met by ensuring that products are prepared and ready for dispatch.

• Assign and plan routes for drivers to efficiently utilise the resources at hand.

• Oversee the running of the warehouse and ensure that all processes and procedures are carried out correctly.

• Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock

• Assist with a rolling stock taking program, ensuring all stock is always located correctly.

• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
