Job Details

Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Leicestershire, LE3
Salary: 14 - 16 per hour (Reviewed after 13 weeks)
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

The Dispatch Supervisor Role

• Managing a team of 7 drivers
• Route planning
• Liaising with customers via phone and email
• Checking the vans are loaded and unloaded with the correct products
• Booking vans in for MOTs, service and repairs
• Completing paperwork
• Any other duties as required.

The Candidate

• Must have previous experience either as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Must have a Full Driving License (no more than 6 points)
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be very flexible during busy periods
• Have previous experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn
