Stonegate Farmers in Lacock is seeking an experienced Warehouse Section Leader to join our Operations team at the Egg Innovation Centre. This hands-on leadership role oversees the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining productivity, safety and quality.

You will lead the warehouse team and coordinate with Production and Logistics to support a smooth supply chain. Experience with WMS and GMP/HACCP is preferred.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or dispatch leadership role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience within food production or FMCG (desirable).
• Knowledge of food safety standards (desirable).
• EPT trained/certified (desirable).

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced warehouse, logistics or dispatch professional with previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident managing people and priorities while maintaining accuracy and high operational standards.

You’ll ideally have:
