Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative - Dispatch in Eastbourne. You will process and manage daily shipments, liaise with warehouse partners, and support order fulfilment with accurate records.

Initial training is 3 months Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, after which you may move to a rotating triple-shift pattern. The role emphasizes accuracy, high-volume handling, and teamwork across the business.

Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to process and manage high volumes of information and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of daily customer shipments.
• Coordinate communications with external warehouse partners via email.
• Liaise with internal Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update relevant computer systems.
• Identify and resolve issues relating to shipments and order fulfilment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Dispatch function.
• Adapt to changes in systems, processes and working practices.
