Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting a reliable Production Operative for our Eastbourne client site. The role involves building small products to spec, packing finished items, and keeping the workspace clean while maintaining quality standards.

You will work 37 hours per week with shifts Mon-Thu 08:00-16:45, Fri 07:00-12:00, and a late shift Mon-Thu 14:00-22:00 with Friday 11:45-17:45. Full training provided and a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a light manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Building small products to specification.
• Packing finished items ready for dispatch.
• Carrying out specialist product cleaning (not standard cleaning).
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Working independently while managing workload effectively.
