Job summary

Dispatch Operator

What you will enjoy doing

• You will be responsible for all goods inwards/outwards and imports/exports
• Booking and arranging transport for collection and dispatch will be part of your role
• You will use and drive the forklifts (multiple weights) and pedestrian forklift
• Co-ordination of the dispatch area, which includes managing orders, vehicle loading, offloading of sensitive parts and related documentation will be part of your role
• You will be checking accuracy of paperwork/documentation leaving with parts
• Manual handling of boxes, includes heavy lifting will be part of your role
• You will be booking in customer purchase orders and data entry administration
• You will be packing and handling sensitive parts
• Transporting of interdepartmental parts will be part of your role

• Further you have good practical skills, the ability to work quickly and methodically and are able to concentrate whilst conducting repetitive tasks
• You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level round up your profile
• Forklift license is desirable
