Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Dispatch Operatives for Cranswick Country Foods in Preston. This full-time, ongoing role offers £12.85 per hour, with 4 on/4 off rotation and various start times. Immediate starts available, training provided, and potential permanent opportunities.

You will support a busy dispatch operation, ensuring orders are picked, checked for accuracy, and prepared for distribution in a chilled environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, warehouse, food production or picking experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and flexible with shift times.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking products and orders for accuracy.
• Moving finished products within the dispatch area.
• Loading and unloading where required.
• Ensuring products are correctly labelled and prepared.
• Completing relevant checks and paperwork.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following food hygiene, food safety and Health & Safety procedures.
