Job summary
Brightwork in Market Drayton is seeking a Dispatch Operative to join our client’s premium chilled savory pastry operation. The role offers a full-time contract with guaranteed shifts and a fixed pattern (4 on, 4 off), with day and night shifts from 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am.
Overtime is available and full training will be provided to ensure a smooth start. Key duties include loading/unloading vehicles, assembling packaging, packing orders, and assisting stock-taking.

Dispatch Operative for our client's premium producer of chilled savory pastry products.
Market Drayton.
The rate of pay starts from £13.05 to £22.68 per hour.
Overtime is available.
- Guaranteed shifts with no cancellations!
- Fixed shift pattern provided from day one
- 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off
- Full-time position
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Permanent contract available following successful completion of probation period!
As a Dispatch Operative your duties include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Assembling packaging
- Packing orders
- Assisting with stock-taking
Our perfect Dispatch Operative will have good attention to detail, the ability to work in a chilled environment and understand written English.
No experience is required as full training will be provided.
