MNB Precision Ltd in Coventry is seeking a reliable Dispatch Operator to join our busy warehouse team. You will pick, pack, check and dispatch customer orders on time while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires previous warehouse or dispatch experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. A forklift licence is required, and IT skills for scanning or warehouse management systems are beneficial.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Operate FLT and other warehouse machinery.
• Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse and dispatch area clean, organised and safe.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse, production and customer service teams to meet dispatch deadlines.
